Our client is a next-gen card issuance and digital banking payment platform. We combine true consumer-centric design with cutting-edge payment solutions to quickly implement modern use cases of fintech, neobanks, and startups.
The platform is global, It is built in-house by a team of experts in payment technology with extensive experience in developing and operating online payment platforms around the globe.
The client is looking for Senior Frontend Developer responsible for the client-side development which extensively involved React.
Your primary focus will be to implement a complete user interface in the form of a mobile and desktop web app, with a focus on performance. Your main duties will include creating modules and components and coupling them together into a functional app. The artistic design will be delivered to you, together with a few HTML templates, but we will ask for your help in regard to animations, CSS, and final HTML output. You will work in a team with the backend developer and communicate with the API using standard methods. A thorough understanding of all of the components of our platform and infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Cooperating with the backend developer in the process of building the GraphQL/RESTful APIs.
- Communicating with external web services
Required Skills
- 3-4 Years of relevant experience in frontend (React)
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML, CSS3
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning Git.
- Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts
- Writing extensive unit tests using automated TDD tasks
- Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Education & Qualification
BS/MS in Computer Science or related discipline.
