Our client is a Dubai Based Software House with Offshore Office is Johar Town, Lahore. They are looking for Product Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience to join onsite. Following are the details;
We’re looking for a Product to take ownership of product development, execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to drive feature development while ensuring smooth project execution.
Role Overview
This hybrid role combines Product Management (defining vision, roadmap, and features) and Project Management (execution, timelines, and coordination). You will be responsible for:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and refine the product vision.
- Prioritize features based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Work with stakeholders (founder, engineers, designers, marketing, and sales) to align priorities.
- Project Execution & Delivery
- Own end-to-end execution—ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Track progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies and relevant tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, Notion etc.).
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and proactively find solutions.
- Cross-Team Coordination
- Bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Work closely with engineering to translate product vision into technical execution.
- Ensure marketing, customer success, and sales have the right product knowledge.
- Customer & Market Insights
- Gather feedback from users, clients, and internal teams to improve product features.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead.
Who You Are
- 2-3 years of experience in Product Management (preferably in SaaS, Communication, fintech,).
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.
- Ability to define product roadmaps, write detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), and collaborate with engineers.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, ClickUp, Asana, Confluence, Notion, or similar.
- Technical background.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS is a plus.
